Merry Christmas! We love this time of year it is the celebration of our Saviors birth. Our God loves us so much. “And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ” Ephesians 3:17b-18 You are deeply loved by our Creator and Heavenly Father.
Christmas is a time for family, love and hope. I want to share with you what has been on my heart this week. Because of Gods gift of His Son we have been set free of the bondage of sin. His love for us is so deep that He came down from heaven and lived a life as one of us. Christ birth is the beginning of the story of our freedom. As you reflect on Christs birth this Christmas season remember that you are His child. We are no longer slaves to sin but are children of God. Through Christ birth, life, death and resurrection we are set free. So live your life with God leading you because He is your Savior, your friend and your creator. Galatians 4:4-7 But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children. And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, "Abba, Father." Now you are no longer a slave but God's own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir.
God bless and have a Marry Christmas! May you feel His joy and peace as you head into this week. Trust in His everlasting grace and love. We love you so much and you are in our prayers. Mark and I are doing well and we are thankful for all of Gods blessing. You are one of our blessings and we are so thankful you are in our lives.
