Hello my compassion friends! What a blessing that we can write our children and uplift them in the Lord. The last couple months have been a challenge, but writing this letter uplifted me. When I write my kids, I feel closer to God and to them. Praying that this letter encourages you as it encouraged me while I was writing it. Here is the spiritual part of my letter enjoy.Be inspired and take time to write your kids today. As always feel free to copy and use my ideas. God bless.
Hi my dear friend! I want to talk to you about prayer today. It’s the one of our strongest ways to talk to God as a friend and as our Savior. Over the last few months I have found prayer to be more difficult. Our faith is our foundation but sometimes life is more difficult. So I was reflecting on one of my favorite bible verses today.
In the same way, the tSpirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Roman 8:26-28
When you don’t have the words to say and you call out to God I find it comforting that God knows our heart and needs. Our Lord is the God who provides our Jehovah Jireh. When we call out to the Lord He searches our hearts and comforts us with His grace and compassion. We pray that you call out to the Lord this week and trust that the Lord will carry you and uphold you. Trust in the Lord with your most intimate thoughts, needs, desires, hopes and dreams. We encourage you to lift these things up to the Lord and he will meet your greatest needs. And if you have no words, trust that the Lord knows your heart, and he works for the good of those who love Him. You are a child of God and belong to Him who is your Savior.
This is our prayer for you this week:
‘ “The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.” ’ Numbers 6:24-26
You are in our prayers and we trust the Lord that He will take care of you.
Do you have any prayer requests?
